At Gianni’s Trattoria, our story is rooted in passion, tradition, and a deep love for authentic Italian cuisine. What began as a local favorite in Concord has grown into something even more special — a destination where food, family, and atmosphere come together.
After years of serving the community, we’ve taken an exciting step forward by relocating to Gibson Mill. This move allows us to expand our vision, offering a more refined dining experience while staying true to the flavors and hospitality that made us who we are.

WHAT TO EXPECT
The same quality of food and service that customers became accustomed to at the original Gianni's in Downtown Concord. "My whole staff is moving with me," Goode tells Axios. That includes executive chef Heather Stadler, who's worked with Goode for more than 20 years.

The new 4,000-square-foot restaurant will open in phases. First will be its main dining room, which fits about 135 people inside, including 16-18 seats at the bar and an additional 16-18 at what Goode calls the "friendship bar," where people can sit and chat with their neighbors.

Then, he'll open the 600-square-foot covered patio with a fireplace that seats about 40 people.
